Note Burning Ceremony

All those who were a part of the building of the New Church. All the past and present committee members, those whose signatures rested on the note for 7 long years.

We had a wonderful time and it was a very happy occassion.

After Sunday services everyone went to the Fellowship Hall for our regular, monthly fellowship meal.

At 1:30 we returned to the sanctuary for the Note Burning Services. Recognition wsa given to the special visitors who had returned for the occassion, as well as all memeber swho had ever served on the Building and Finance Committee.

Marlyn Heikes gave a short history of the building process.

After the ceremony everyone went to the Fellowship for cake and punch
The beautiful cake was made by Twila Heikes

Balloons were released into the air - but only one survived
