Purpose
The Network Policy Center at NetEase Internet Access Service
is responsible for handling reports of system/network abuse
perpetrated by NetEase customers and/or guest users, and answering the
postmaster@netease.net, abuse@netease.net and
policy@netease.net mailboxes.
The NetEase Acceptable Use Policy is
available for your perusal. Before filing any complaint, please
read our AUP.
Our AUP specifically prohibits "spam", including the sending of
large numbers of unsolicited email messages, as well as anything
that violates the guidelines and thresholds set down by the
FAQ
on Current Usenet Spam Thresholds and Guidelines. Un-authorized SMTP mail relaying will not be tolerated
or allowed in any manner!
If you are having a problem sending mail to any domains hosted on our servers
please see the Actions/Status page.
If you are a NetEase customer and wish to try to limit the spam you
receive through customers of other ISPs, or wish to find out more
about responsible use of the Internet, please read our
resources page. You may also wish to review security tips on ways to protect your PC while connected.
Questions about this policy should be sent to our policy department.
Reports of activity in violation of this policy may be sent in e-mail
to abuse@NetEase.net.
Further details about NetEase policies can be found on the
NetEase Service Agreement Page.
