Prohibited Uses of Email
Upon the first verifiable violation of one of these policies NetEase will issue a written warning to the
customer.
Upon the second verifiable violation of one of these policies NetEase will suspend the customer's service.
Before service may be re-instated the customer must submit to NetEase, in writing, an agreement to cease-and-desist.
Upon the third verifiable violation of one of these policies NetEase will terminate the customer's service permanently.
Users whose accounts are terminated for network abuse will
also be responsible for the cost of labor to cleanup and respond
to complaints incurred by NetEase.
Prohibited Uses of USENET Newsgroups
Upon the first verifiable violation of one of these policies NetEase will issue a written warning
to the customer.
Upon the second verifiable violation of one of these policies NetEase will
suspend the customer's service. Before service may be re-instated the customer must submit to NetEase,
in writing, an agreement to cease-and-desist.
Upon the third verifiable violation of one of these policies NetEase will terminate the customer's
service permanently.
Other Prohibited Uses
NetEase will generally follow a procedure of issuing a written warning
after the first violation, suspending service until a written
agreement of cease-and-desist is received after the second violation,
and terminating service after the third violation.
NetEase reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer's service
for violation of any of its acceptable use policies at any time, if
NetEase deems it necessary.
Reports of activity in violation of this policy may be sent in e-mail
to abuse@NetEase.net.
