I select Send & Receive Mail while off-line and it says Mail Server could not be found.

Outlook Express User:
Click the Tools menu and choose Accounts. Click the Mail tab. Highlight your mail account by clicking it once. Click the Properties button. Click the Server tab and make sure that smtp.netease.net is listed for the SMTP and mail.netease.net is listed for the POP3 Server. Click the Connection tab and make sure that I use a modem to access my e-mail is checked and that the dialup network connection for NetEase is listed in the box. Microsoft Internet Mail User:
Click the Mail menu and choose Options. Click the Server tab and make sure that smtp.netease.net is listed for the SMTP and mail.netease.net is listed for the POP3 (Incoming and outgoing) Servers.

Eudora Light Users:
Go to Tools menu, Options. Verify that mail.netease.net is listed for your host. Verify that smtp.netease.net is listed for your Outgoing SMTP Server. Eudora user may need to establish their Internet connection manually before checking the mail.
