Choice of Brother William CARTHERS 3 took up the ----case of Brother
willson GRIMES ordination and the Church was uninanimus in his but for the satisfaction of
brother GRIMES it was lade over till bext meting 4th brother mas MONTAGUE motioned that
church consider till next meting on the Recption and exclution of members whither
auninamimus vote or a majority shall Rule done in Conference saturday before the 4th lords

Church met agreeable to apoinment and after worship proced to bisness first a door was
opened for Recption of members and ophi HUDDLESTON joined us by letter
baptism sister mary FALKNER joined us by letter 3 sister Rebeckah REAVES joined us by
letter 4th Elizabeth BAUGH joined us by letter 5th the Church took up the case of brother
brother willson GRIMES ordination and the Church was unanimus on ordination in exemination
a dificuty arose which put astop to it for the present 6th took up the case of Brother
William CARATHERS ordination as deacon and he was examined and and ordained by Charles
RIDDLE and Elisha PACK on Sunday morning the Church met on sunday mornig// met agreeable
to apoint and brother Wilson GRIMES was ordained a preacher of the gospell by Carles
RIDDLE and Elisha PACK it is agreed by this Church that a majority shall in all cases
except teeching except fellowsip then in that case a majority unanimous

Church met at union Meting house saturday before the 4th the 4th lords day in July 1832 and after worship proceded to first a door was opend for the Reception of members none came forward & it was greed by the church that brother william CARATHERS and James ELLIOTT Represent us in our next assocaition ordered that the church send $1 50 cents for the use of the association this church agrees that brother Willson GRIMES be our Ragular moderator and that have prevelidge to call ane visting bretherren to assist him signed by the church James ELLIOTT Clk
