"In the back corner by the "hollow" are three graves marked with field stones, these are John Wesley Ricketts, Jesse Ricketts and unnamed infant Ricketts (born and died 1 April 1917), Children of Jeff D. Ricketts and Tinnie Gamble (Gambrell) Ricketts. These are the brothers of my Grandmother. She and her sister took my to the cemetery in the 80's to show me where these graves were."

#178 Boshear or Gallaher Cemetery

LOCATION: From West Point, Tenn., take the Wayland Springs Rd., cross Factory Creek, and take the first right hand road. Go about 3 miles and turn right, and go about � mile to the Floyd Nelson farm, formerly owned by the Boshear family. This cemetery is abandoned and there are many unmarked graves there. This graveyard is on the Wayne-Lawrence County Line. There are 2 graves in the Nelson yard marked with field stones that are reported to be Tuckers, a father and son. The Tuckers were the original owners of this land; later owned by the Boshears, Gallahers, and Nelsons. This farm was in Lawrence County until Mr. Gallaher owned it and he had it changed to Wayne County in order to keep from paying railroad taxes, according to legend by Floyd Nelson.

* This stone was in the attic in Floyd Nelson's home. C.H. McCrory bought the tombstone for his daughter's grave, but when the stone arrived, he had forgotten the location of the grave and never did erect it. The stone was left at the Nelson home and is still in the shipping box.

#231 Kelly Cemetery

LOCATION: About 2 miles east of the Natchez Trace on Factory Creek at Jay McWilliams house. House was once a church house.

#232 Dial Cemetery

LOCATION: about three miles east of the Natchez Trace on Factory Creek and near the Garnett Kelly farm. Cemetery is on the west side of Factory on the hill opposite Melton Hollow.
